If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. Your continued access following any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

The Axiom Access Vault™ is a resource and structured implementation platform operated by Axiom Holdings™, a private family office. The platform provides access to educational materials, legal and business frameworks, organizational tools, and the DocuMate execution system. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. All resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use this platform. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content, materials, frameworks, trademarks, trade dress, and intellectual property available through the Axiom Access Vault™ — including but not limited to workbooks, templates, system designs, published works, and the Axiom brand — are owned by or licensed to Axiom Holdings™. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials for personal or internal business purposes. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Certain materials are made available at no cost for personal and business use. These resources are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Axiom Holdings™ reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue any free resource at any time without notice.

Access to certain platform features, including DocuMate workspaces and published works, may require payment. All transactions are subject to the terms presented at the point of purchase. Refund eligibility is determined on a per-product basis and described at the time of transaction. Axiom Holdings™ reserves the right to modify pricing and access terms at any time.

The Axiom Access Vault™ platform and all its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Axiom Holdings™ does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom Holdings™, its principals, affiliates, and authorized representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the platform, including reliance on any information or materials provided.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
